Simon Erskine Locke

The founder of technology-driven startups including CommunicationsMatch™ and Townhub, Simon Erskine Locke is an entrepreneur with significant business, communications, and marketing experience.
Locke is an innovator, advisor to companies across a broad range of industries, and mentor with global experience and perspective. He has written more than 100 articles on communications and marketing topics, with a particular focus on the behavioral drivers of decision making. He is also the author of a number of research reports and guides. In 2021, as a partner of the Marketing IMPACT Council™, he authored and co-led a series of articles and webinars focused on the COVID-19 Reset.
During his career, he has held senior communications roles at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank & Prudential Financial in Japan, Singapore, and the U.S., where he helped develop ground-breaking communications technologies, and leveraged marketing and communications skillsets to shape perceptions and engage clients.
He is vice president of the Foreign Press Association and a former board member of the American Scottish Foundation. In Japan, he co-founded “FIT For Charity” – an annual financial industry charity run that has to date raised more than $8 million for under-served charitable organizations.
He currently resides in New York and has lived in seven countries. He speaks French and basic Japanese. He received his first-class (honors) degree in Communications Studies from Coventry University.
