Jared Reynolds

Jared champions entrepreneurs and builds healthy innovation ecosystems. His focus is on rural communities and regions. He currently leads Do North, an organization that supports entrepreneurship and innovation in rural northern Vermont. In this role, he has grown a coworking and innovation space and developed and launched several incubator, accelerator and associated programs.
Jared has founded and built several organizations and businesses, including the Concord Makerspace and Col’s Kitchen. He has extensive experience in fundraising and grant writing for new organizations, having written and secured millions in federal, state, and foundation grants. In addition to the Forestry Accelerator, he has built a range of entrepreneur programs to incubate and accelerate emerging businesses and connect regional innovators.
A New England based nonprofit and private sector leader, Jared has worked in public finance research at
the Center for Municipal Finance, and in economic development at AECOM, a leading multinational
an infrastructure consulting firm.
Jared has an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and graduate degrees from
the University of Chicago.
